Need coordinating items?
Coordinating items, like thank you cards, address labels, envelope seals, programs, table numbers, favors, candy wrappers, goody bag labels and gift tags are available for all designs. Some of these items are in our accessories area, but there are plenty more not listed yet.  Please contact us for details.

Looking for a sample?
Samples are available for almost all invitation and stationery designs. We are confident that you will be delighted with any product you purchase from Paper Mama.  To see the product before making your purchase, purchase one item.  Samples are not customized.  If you are looking for swatches of particular colors, please contact us.  If further assistance is needed, we would be happy to make arrangements for you.

Samples of other items, like onesies and necklaces are not available. :)

Invitation & Stationery Purchase Process

1. Purchase the number of invitations/stationery desired.
2. Once payment is completed, we will send you an email requesting information about the colors you are interested in, available typestyles, and details to personalize your order. Please be sure the email address on your order is valid. We cannot send a proof or contact you without a valid email address. If you have not heard from us or received our email requesting information within one business day please be sure to check your junk folder in case our email was directed there by mistake.
3. Send your personalization form back to us via fax or email. Please be sure to spell check and proof all of your information and do not use ALL CAPS.
4. A proof of your text and font layout will be returned to you in 1-2 business days after receiving your personalization form. Please check your email regularly, review your custom proof, and email acceptance or changes requested promptly. Once you have approved your proof, no further changes can be made. Please make sure the proof is completely correct.
5. If changes are requested, another proof will be sent within 1 business day. Email acceptance or changes requested promptly.
6. Once your proof has been approved, your sample will be personalized and completed within 7-10 business days and mailed to you (pending stock availability). RUSH ORDERS are available, please contact us for details.

We currently accept PayPal as our only method of payment.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are customized for you all sales of are final. No refunds or exchanges.

If there is a printing error on your order as a result of our error (it differs from your approved proof), please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. We will provide you with a return number and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.

Shipping
All orders will be sent to your PayPal Shipping Address unless other arrangements are made. PLEASE make sure your PayPal address is correct. Otherwise, you may incur additional shipping costs for items that are returned and need to be re-mailed.

All of our items are custom designed and custom made.  Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days plus shipping.  Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order.

Privacy policy
Paper Mama does not sell or exchange names or any information you provide us for your invitations or your personal account. The information that is stored in your account is simply to make your shopping experience with us as simple and convenient as possible and to make your checkout smooth and efficient. We utilize PayPal for all payments and thus do not store your credit card information.
